How do I get a log on?
Go www.destinationprivileges.com and follow the directions under Member Log On. If you have forgotten your password please email destinationprivileges@destinationhotels.com, or call your Member Liaison at your home resort.

How do I contact my Member Liaison?
The Member Liaison at your property is available as a concierge to answer your questions and help you with booking reservations, tee times or any other activities that may enhance your resort experience. The Member Liaison for your home resort can be found under Property Information once you log on to www.destinationprivileges.com. You can email directly by clicking on their name. If you would prefer to call directly, their phone number and other contact information is found on the same page.

How do I make a reservation at a DH&R partner property?
You simply log on to your home resort through www.destinationprivileges.com, click on Make a Reservation and then fill out the form or contact your Member Liaison by logging into www.destinationprivileges.com and accessing the Property Information page. A confirmation will be sent to you confirming your reservation.

How do I reserve my unit?
To reserve your unit, please log on to your home resort through the www.destinationprivileges.com web site and click on Reserve My Unit. Fill out the form and press Send or contact your Member Liaison by logging into www.destinationprivileges.com and accessing the Property Information page. A confirmation will be sent to you confirming your reservation.

How do I make a reservation for friends and family?
If your friend or family is going to utilize your unit or wants to reserve unit or room at a DH&R portfolio property as your guest, simply log on to your home resort through www.destinationprivileges.com and click on Reserve My Unit or Make a Reservation or contact your Member Liaison by logging into www.destinationprivileges.com and accessing the Property Information page. If booked through the website just fill out the form and a confirmation will be sent to you confirming your guest's reservation. If your friend or family wants to rent your unit at a DH&R partner property please provide them with your Destination Privileges code. They can make a reservation online at www.destinationhotels.com using the Destination Privileges code or by contacting your Member Liaison by logging into www.destinationprivileges.com and accessing the Property Information page. If their desire is to book your unit, every attempt will be made to place them in your unit, subject to availability.

May I exchange my unit for another unit within the Destination Hotels portfolio?
Although Destination Privileges® was not designed to be an exchange program, we recognize the benefit that this program could be to our Owner partners. Until we have the formal process in place, please contact your Member Liaison by logging into www.destinationprivileges.com and accessing the Property Information page. Your Member Liaison can contact the Member Liaison at the property you wish to exchange into and try to arrange for this exchange. If that is not possible, we hope that you will take advantage of your exclusive discounts offered to our Destination Privileges® partners.

How do I place my unit on the Rental Program?
We would be delighted to speak to you about our rental management program. Please contact your Member Liaison by logging into www.destinationprivileges.com and accessing the Property Information page. There you will find the appropriate contact for your home resort. You must login to see the information. If you are unsure how to log on, please call your home resort and ask to speak to the Member Liaison or email destinationprivileges@destinationhotels.com.
