How do I replace my friends and family coupons?
Friends and Family coupons were sent to you in our Destination Privileges® announcement. Number of coupons varies by membership level. Please contact your Owner Liaison by logging in to www.destinationprivileges.com and accessing the Property Information page where you will find the appropriate contact for your home resort. You must login to see the information, as each property provides unique privileges that are specific to their location and amenities.

How do I get a log on?
Go www.destinationprivileges.com and follow the directions under Member Log on. If you have forgotten your password please email destinationprivileges@destinationhotels.com, or call your Owner Liaison at your home resort.

How do I place my unit on the Rental Program?
We would be delighted to speak to you about our rental management program. Please contact your Owner Liaison by logging in to www.destinationprivileges.com and accessing the Property Information page. There you will find the appropriate contact for your home resort. You must login to see the information. If you are unsure how to log on, please call your home resort and ask to speak to the Owner Liaison or email destinationprivileges@destinationhotels.com

How do I reserve my unit?
To reserve your unit, please log on to your home resort through the www.destinationprivileges.com web site and click on Reserve My Unit. Fill out the form and press send. A confirmation will be sent to you confirming that reservation.

How do I contact my Owner Liaison?
The Owner Liaison for your home resort can be found under Property Information once you log on to www.destinationprivileges.com. You can email directly by clicking on their name. If you would prefer to call directly, their phone number and other contact information is found on the same page.

How do I reserve my unit for a friend?
If your friend is going to utilize your unit, as your guest, simply log on to your home resort through www.destinationprivileges.com and click on Reserve My Unit. Fill out the form and a confirmation will be sent to you confirming your guest's reservation. If your friend wants to rent your unit please provide them with the Friends and Family Coupon. Follow the directions on the coupon to make a reservation on line at www.destinationprivileges.com. Every attempt will be made to place them in your unit, subject to availability.
